Email Only Support

With our Email only support option, our clients can raise support tickets 24/7/365, through our dedicated helpdesk. Our software will assign your issue to the right team and allow you to monitor the progress of your case through to its conclusion. Our clients are also able to ask any questions, almost treating us as their own IT department.


Email & Phone

This is our most popular support package, this includes everything our email only package has plus our clients can now phone our support desk directly for help and assistance. This package helps our teams become more integrated with your company which only makes our services more in tune to where your IT is heading .


Remote Desktop Assistance

Our best rated package offers everything from the above two services plus the option to have our support teams on hand to offer remote desktop support. Depending on the type and age of the desktop system there will be a small additional charge per system. Please note that this service is not applicable to Server systems, all server OS support is managed through our MSP offerings.
